Request deletion of your MyShelf account.
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your MyShelf app account and associated data. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit this request.

Send your request
Submit the form or email us from the address linked to your MyShelf account.

We verify ownership
We may ask you to confirm the account email before deleting data.

We delete account data
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Data deleted
When your request is verified, we delete account data associated with your MyShelf account, including:
- Profile and account records
- Library, reading, note, quote, and activity data
- Friendship and notification token records
- Uploaded profile images where applicable
Data that may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.
